We deliver to all parts of Great Britain and Northern Ireland. We can also deliver to the Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly and the Channel Islands.
FREE DELIVERY is included on all items of jewellery delivered within the UK. All our jewellery deliveries are sent using either Royal Mails Recorded Delivery or Royal Mail's Special Delivery service which is fully insured.
When dispatched Royal Mail guarantees your jewellery package will be delivered before 1.00pm the following working day.
Please note it will always require a signature upon arrival.

STANDARD DELIVERY GUIDELINES:
Standard delivery times for each item are 5-10 days from the point of purchase.
These are guidelines and a better and more accurate date of dispatch is available 24hrs after you place your order. Please e.mail firstname.lastname@example.org or phone customer services on 0845 519 0097.
Please remember every order is made to order and "Especially Made For You" is a genuine statement so delivery times do vary.
As already stated lead times from the time you place your order do vary and are very dependent upon the item and style of jewellery that you purchase. On average it takes 5-10 working days for plain types of rings and 10-21 working days for the more intricate designer types.
Slightly longer lead times also occur when special diamond sizes or out sized finger sizes (standard = J - Q ladies and R - Z gents) are ordered.
We will always advise you if we fall outside of these guidelines.

DISPATCHING YOUR JEWELLERY:
We will always contact you by email when your item of jewellery is ready to be dispatched.
This is primarily to confirm the delivery arrangements with you but also to confirm the unique package tracking number so you are able to track and trace it on the Royal Mail's own website.
Please note that we do not send goods in the post when the delivery address differs from the credit/debit card billing address.
Therefore please phone our customer services on 0333 344 5288 if you require this as we will need further proof of identity from you (copy of passport or driving licence) prior to dispatching the item/s.
